USAW Membership Application

If you are renewing your membership as a certified Sports Performance Coach or Club Coach (or both), you are required to submit the appropriate recertification test(s), as well as the membership application. If you choose to renew your membership online rather than filling out a membership application, you are still required to submit the recertification test(s) to the National Office.
